2. Services
Fundedd Inc. operates a platform that facilitates private lending transactions between borrowers and lenders.
We are not a direct lender. We provide a platform to connect borrowers and lenders, and we may perform certain administrative functions.
Loan terms, including interest rates, repayment schedules, and loan amounts, are determined by the agreement between the borrower and lender.
We do not guarantee loan approval or funding.
3. Account Registration

4. User Conduct

Fundedd Inc. is not a party to any loan agreement between borrowers and lenders.
The terms of any loan agreement are solely between the borrower and lender.
We are not responsible for the performance or non-performance of any loan agreement.
Any disputes must be resolved directly between the borrower and lender.
Users must conduct their own due diligence.
6. Fees
Fundedd Inc. may charge fees for the use of its services. The fee structure will be disclosed on the Site.
We reserve the right to change our fee structure at any time. Notice will be provided.
You are responsible for paying all fees associated with your use of the Site.
7. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content are owned by Fundedd Inc. or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, FUNDEDD INC. IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE LAST SIX (6) MONTHS.
SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO THEY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fundedd Inc. and its affiliates against claims arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under AAA rules in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
The arbitrator's award is final and enforceable in court. You agree that legal proceedings will be in Fort Lauderdale courts.
14. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance.
